I started Earth & Sky after years working in active, international travel—guiding trips, supporting field ops, and shaping sales strategy from the inside out.

I’ve worked across the guest journey: on the trail, in the back office, and behind the scenes helping operators connect more clearly with the people they serve.

Some folks come to me with great systems but need help driving business. Others are growing fast and need structure to keep up. And some just need a hand to clap with—someone who understands what they’re trying to build and can walk alongside them to get there.
